Early years educators are the heart of every crèche. You’ll care for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, support their learning through play, and work closely with parents and your team.
What crèches look for: Under Irish regulations, staff working directly with children need at least a QQI Level 5 major award in Early Childhood Care and Education, or a recognised equivalent from another country. Crèches also value warmth, reliability and good English.
