Browse and download CVs of verified educators for the length of your pack, plus a weekly shortlist emailed to you. Every verified candidate holds a Level 6, 7 or 8 early childhood qualification, or a recognised equivalent, and has had their ID and right to work in Ireland checked.

Your vacancies are listed on a jobs board built only for Irish crèches, so applications come from people who want to work in early years.
Applications in one place
Candidates apply directly on Crèche Staff with their profile and CV. You review and contact them from your employer dashboard.

We share every job with our network of qualified educators abroad as well as in Ireland, so you reach candidates other job boards don’t.
How the weekly shortlist works
Each week you’ll receive an email with candidates who have been verified by us and are open to new roles. For each candidate you’ll see their qualification level, experience, location, availability and English level, with their CV. If someone looks right, contact them directly to arrange an interview. You stay in full control of who you interview and hire.
How posting a job works
Choose a pack and create your employer account.
Post your vacancy. It takes a few minutes, and you can include salary, hours and location.
We review every job before it goes live, usually within one working day.
Your job is live for 60 days (90 days on Gold), and candidates apply directly on the board.
Your weekly shortlist starts arriving straight away.
Frequently asked questions
Where do your candidates come from?
Qualified early years educators in Ireland and across Europe. Every candidate on our weekly shortlist holds an early childhood education qualification at Level 6, 7 or 8, or a recognised equivalent, and is able to work in Ireland.
Which pack should I choose?
Quarterly suits crèches with a single vacancy. Annual is best value if you hire a few times a year. Gold is our most complete pack, with 10 job posts and premium placement for busy services.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT, and you’ll receive an invoice for your records.
How will the payment appear on my statement?
Payments appear as CHILDCARE RECRUITMENT.
What happens if I don’t use all my job posts?
Unused job posts stay available until your pack ends: 3 months for Quarterly, 12 months for Annual and Gold.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll help you move to a bigger pack.
Are candidates Garda vetted?
Garda vetting is carried out by the employer through your own vetting route, as required in Ireland. We check qualifications, ID and right to work, so you spend less time screening.
