Room Leader Jobs in Ireland
Room leaders take responsibility for a room of children, from babies to pre-schoolers. You’ll plan the day, guide your team, keep records and be the main contact for parents.
What crèches look for: Most crèches look for a QQI Level 6 or higher, and pre-school rooms in the ECCE scheme require a room leader at Level 6 or above. Previous crèche experience and confidence leading a small team are important.
Why apply through Crèche Staff: It’s free. Create your profile and apply directly to crèches across Ireland. Verified candidates are included in our weekly shortlist to crèche managers.
