Candidates hold qualifications in early childhood care and education from QQI Level 5 to Level 8, or a recognised equivalent, so you can find the right level for each role, from educators in the room to experienced managers.

Choose a pack that suits how many people you need to hire. All prices include VAT.
- Quarterly, €449: 3 months, 1 job post, hire up to 2 candidates.
- Gold, €999: 6 months, 3 job posts, hire up to 5 candidates, plus a weekly candidate shortlist.
- Platinum, €1,799: 12 months, 10 job posts, hire up to 10 candidates, plus a weekly candidate shortlist.
- Custom: for crèche groups and multi-site providers hiring more than 10 staff a year.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I get applicants?
Your vacancy goes live as soon as you post it. You don’t have to wait for applications, either: every pack lets you browse and contact candidates straight away, and Gold and Platinum also include a weekly shortlist emailed to you.
Do candidates have Garda vetting?
We check qualifications, so you spend less time screening. Garda vetting and right-to-work checks are carried out by your crèche before the person starts.
Can I hire someone qualified outside Ireland?
Yes, as long as their qualification is recognised for early years work in Ireland and they have the right to work here. Many EU qualifications are already on the Government’s list of recognised early years qualifications. Our qualification recognition guide explains how it works.
